Jack started his jumping career when he was 10 years old. At that time, his biggest motivation was his grandpa Jan Mooy, who gave Jack his first pony. He learned a lot of him and was always supported by him, his mother (Ageet Ansems-Mooy) and father (Jaco Ansems). He had a successful period while riding ponies and as Junior and Young Rider, he rode different European Championships, won several medals with the team and as individual.
In 2005 he started to work for VDL and gained experience at large competitions all over the world. He had a great time at VDL but after these years of experience, he decided to focus himself on his own stable ‘Stal Tandhof’.
After 4 years running the stable by his own, with a lot of help and support from mother Ageet and father Jaco, he met Linda. With all the ambition, talent and passion for the sport they had, they decided to run Stal Tandhof together.
Linda began riding when she was 7 years old. From that moment, you could always find her in the stables and it became her passion. After a couple of years, she started working at a training stable for about 7 years. She particularly liked managing the stable, and also followed a management education in Roosendaal.
From the end of 2014 Linda and Jack have been together and from the start she supported him with helping him at Stal Tandhof. In 2016 they decided to run the business together, Jack as a rider and Linda doing the management part. Together they moved to Sint-Oedenrode.
